    Kevin Durkin is a Director Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Court Civil Proceedings) with over 18 years of qualification and 23 years' litigation experience. During this time Kevin has represented tens of thousands of mis-selling claimants across PPI and PCP cases, including appearances in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. His leadership has been instrumental in defining the litigation pathway for mass PCP redress. He is unquestionably the leading solicitor in his field.

Throughout his career, he has built, scaled and led businesses ranging from start-ups to established national organisations. A hands-on executive, he combines strategic leadership with operational delivery, implementing customer-focused solutions, strengthening governance, and driving sustainable growth.

    As an expert in operations, data management, technology and process development within the claims and legal services sector, Deen supports the delivery of large-scale claims operations, including client onboarding, compliance checks, lender submissions, management information, and call centre performance. He works closely with senior management, legal teams, and technology developers to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy and the overall client journey.
